The parents of Year Six pupils of St Laurence Junior Academy in Ramsgate were wowed and entertained a week ago because of the school’s fantastic production of ‘If the Shoe Fits’.
Based about the Cinderella story, the cast featured characters just like Ella, Baron Ben Dover, Gus (abdominal muscles greedy mouse!), Buttons, Grizzy and Nutella (the infamous ugly sisters) and much more.

The dazzling show was written, produced and directed by Stevie Morgan and provided the perfect feel much better send out for the soon to be leaving students in addition to their parents alike. To the pupils’ amazement, the show took a critical twist when several teachers stormed activity is and performed their particular rendition of YMCA!
Full of laughs, colour and also throughout, the young cast excelled within the play.

Head teacher Michelle Palmer said: “It was an incredible performance, your children were so professional inside their approach. Most likely that many of the youngsters goes on to take drama within their new schools.
“Congratulations for all involved plus the best of luck in the future for your Year 6 children that happen to be now leaving us to consult with their secondary schools.”
