The Royal Harbour Academy in Ramsgate is celebrating Sixth Form results after 100% of students who sat the total International Baccalaureate Career Related Certificate passed the qualification and 100% of students passed their BTEC qualifications at either diploma or extended diploma level.
Individual performances included Jaimie Bligh who passed the IBCP gaining D*D*D* in BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Health insurance and Social Care, a 5 both in English Literature and Past and a b – grade in the Reflective Project. Jaimie is going on to study Psychology at Southampton. On results day Jaimie said: “I am extremely happy about my results and relieved that I have everything I must make second step towards my future.”
Leah Goldsmith passed the IBCP gaining D*D*D* in BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Health insurance and Social Care, a 4 in English Literature a 5 in Social and Cultural Anthropology as well as a B grade within her Reflective Project. Leah has begun a teaching apprenticeship at Christ Church C of E Junior Academy School. Leah said: “I’m astonished at whatever have achieved by 50 % years at Sixth Form. Concerning worked hard and thus proud of end result. Now i’m loving my apprenticeship at Christ Church Junior’s and also missing my year 4 class today”.

Joel Helbling passed the IBCP gaining D*DD in BTEC Level 3 Extended Diploma in Public Services. Joel achieved a 6 in ITGS and also a 5 in Maths Studies including a B grade in their Reflective Project. Joel is occurring to read through Information technology at Kent University. Joel said: “I had an excellent Sixth Form experience. Just outside of lessons I’ve had time to participate in great experiences which include completing a sailing course and racing with The Royal Temple Yacht Club, and from now on, this set of results could be the icing within the cake. I’m relieved to get the qualifications that my work deserved and pumped up about confirming my place at Kent University.”
Ryan Stokes passed the IBCP gaining DM in BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Sport. Ryan achieved 4 grades within both English Literature and History, and a C grade in their Reflective Project. Ryan is taking place to read through Background Sport and use Science at Canterbury Christ Church University. Ryan said: “I am grateful for my entire Sixth Form experience. I’m going to miss The Royal Harbour Academy and the Sixth Form life even so feel fully equipped and am interested in my next challenge at University.”
