Children swapped uniforms for bright and crazy woollies at Newington Community Primary School, Ramsgate, today (December 14).
They joined many thousands of youngsters and adults over the UK for Christmas Jumper Day.
Pupils and staff made donations to put on colourful tops right through the day within a bid that can help build a brighter future for little ones less fortunate than themselves.

Their effort raised 250 with the Save your children appeal.
Head Teacher Cliff Stokes said: “Every year our Newington community pulls together to back up a raft of deserving causes.

“When you’re looking at helping others, particularly children, our pupils, families and staff are usually one of the primary helping put their hands in their pockets and help others.
“It is heart-warming to observe our boys and girls supporting those less fortunate than themselves even though a number of individuals are facing tough economic times C for individuals at Newington that generosity of giving and helping others embodies both our ethos as well as the true spirit of Christmas.”
