It is National Ping pong day today (July 18) and staff and pupils at Laleham Gap in Ramsgate have celebrated with an epic match.
The school is gaining a title for excellence at table tennis, having a Paralympian in during 2017 and after that an England Olympic star in last month.
As component of National Ping pong Day the staff accepted handle the pupils ?for college table tennis bragging rights, battling it against both primary and secondary students.

Pupils become the celebrities within the 118 match competition with staff suffering defeat in booth primary and secondary challenges.
Teacher and ping pong coach Paul Ursell said: “It is actually a credit for the staff that so many of alternatives ready to toss in the towel their the afternoon to fight the pupils. Owing to their generosity we played an increasing 118 matches! Which had been 67 in secondary and 51 in primary.
