It was like running using a rainbow Cthat’s the verdict of children with enjoyed the primary crazy Colour Run at Upton Junior School in Broadstairs.
Pupils were accompanied by brothers, sisters and fogeys in white tops ?prearranged at the outset of the 90 minute event over the playing fields.

Within moments a cloudburst of colour rained documented on them from air cannons from the outset, with regular showers coming their way at colour stations round the course from the sponsored event.

The run was really a kaleidoscope of charity kindness that raised a lot more than 1000 in sponsorship money for MacMillan Cancer Relief.

Runners spanning various ages laughed, ran, jogged, trotted and walked their way via the multi-coloured spectacle, becoming plastered in colourful gunk developed from natural dyes and corn starch.

Event organiser Deputy Head of college Dave Walker said: “What an excellent event.
“School need to be about forcing memories inside them for hours fun in addition to academia everyone claims they will loved it a lot which we might even repeat the process next year.”

Every child received a particular colour run t-shirt and medal.
