Hey Ewe and Shine Star, Shine nativities delight audiences at Chilton primary

Traditional nativity shows have warmed the hearts of audiences at Chilton Primary School in Ramsgate.

Year 1 and Year 2 classes performed two different productions with enthusiasm and fun in the middle of their total festive storytelling.

The Year 2 show was called Hey Ewe each pupil stood a major factor to experiment with. Teachers Michael Pile (director) and Helen Rowland-Hill (assistant director) caused the cast they usually said: “The children been employed by incredibly challenging to learn their lines and remember their songs and stage directions.

 

“They students are only six and 7 yoa plus they showed such confidence and talent.”

The performance included a grand finale song of Shakin’ Stevens’ Merry Christmas Everyone. Parents were invited to observe this festive show and were served with mince pies being a appreciation for their support.

The main cast included: the curious sheep (Tamyia), the Emperor (Max), ?the narrators (Cody, Hendrix, Ivy, Jack and Emily), these kings (Kaiden, Amiee and Jayden), angels (Georgia, Lola,? Lilly, Victoria, violet, Bonita, Evie and Tiania), sheep (Charlie C, Lily-Joy, Lilly, Finlay, Noah and Lydia), Mary (Scarlett), Joseph (Riley), donkey (Miles) plus other animals and townspeople.

The Year 1 show was Shine Star, Shine which again saw parents cheering at the conclusion of a spirited performance.

Musical accompaniment got their start in music teacher Graham Redman for the piano.

Head of Early Numerous Assistant Head of faculty Hannah Cheshire said: “These your little ones did so well C all of them had lines to know every child played their parts very well.

“They spoke confidently with smiles of pleasure on his or her faces. The songs were sung beautifully.

“The whole school is very likes to show off our festive nativity shows.”
