West End star Charles Brunton normally takes a masterclass on the ?Pauline Quirke Academy of Performing Arts in Broadstairs this month.
The weekend performing arts classes for 4 to 18-year-olds, based at Charles Dickens school, ?will welcome the actor on July 21.
Charles’ credits include playing Miss Trunchbull inside free airline End and Broadway versions of Matilda (and the like) and he is keen to move on his skills and expertise towards students in Thanet.
Beth Greenlaw, Principal of PQA Thanet, said: “I’m so excited that we’re able to welcome Charles on the academy for this exciting masterclass. Our students have worked so faithfully all term and that is a wonderful way to round heli-copter flight academic year.
“We’re also looking towards welcoming plenty of prospective students to our own taster session on Saturday 14 July, to allow them to enrol prior to the masterclass this particular week!”
At PQA students spend three hours split between sessions of comedy and drama, musical theatre and film and tv.
