An exciting learning journey is underway for four and five year olds at Chilton Primary School in Ramsgate.
The new intake of two Reception is busy exploring their marketplace and tend to be settling in with confidence and enthusiasm.

Chilton held home visits for the children within the first weeks of term as well as the pupils also attended in someones free time to reach have in mind the Reception staff before their first full school day.
Hannah Cheshire, assistant head of faculty and head of early years, said: “They can be along with us daily and therefore are doing very well. They’re enjoying life at Chilton and are generally ‘learning how you can learn’ as well as adapting to their surroundings, routines along with the school rules.
“They are obtaining to know the other equally were learning the needs of all of these new personalities who definitely have joined us. It is deemed an exciting time watching them make new friends and grow into part of our school.”

The students are exploring short phonic and maths learning as well as activities to formulate motor skills, as well as play activities that also includes specially-developed yoga for children, and storytime. Next term they will like a broader curriculum.
Head of faculty Kate Law said: “We aim to get this important enter regular education as smooth and enjoyable as is possible to deal with along with families too.
