Four year old Reception pupils are actually settling into life with a smile at Ramsgate Arts Primary School.
The group has recently explored the specially-designed building, had fun with games, enjoyed a variety of activities while in the outdoor play area including being fashionable and met their new classmates.
Although a sluggish start term marked the state run start their journey at RAPS, this group has met at a teddy bear’s picnic hosted at the school prior to end with the summer term.
Head of faculty Nick Budge said: “We welcomed them and also their families a great outdoor picnic in order that they could meet children they would be starting school with in September.

“It had been a valuable exercise and you could see the children teaming program one right away again after they joined us over the last week.
“Starting school are a wide step for any toddler along with their families. Our new pupils clearly felt comfortable and safe within their new surroundings, and so they had already met their teachers as well as other staff.”
Ramsgate Arts Primary School focusses on specialist teaching of arts subjects including dance, music, drama and art, in specially-designed studios, while delivering a large primary curriculum.
