Children attending elementary schools in Florida will have recess daily within a bill licensed by the Florida Senate.
The Senate unanimously voted Tuesday to get a bill that would require elementary schools setting aside 20 mins everyday for “free-play recess.” But it’s unclear if ever the legislation will help make it for the desk of Gov. Rick Scott.
